Global Green Company Ltd. (GGCL) is a multinational food company that desired to evolve its product sourcing without any change in quality or pricing. HNG, in an attempt to address this demand, designed and developed high performance jars that could suit the various needs of the company; thereby accelerating production by nearly 40 jars per minutes, enhancing packing line efficiency by over 22%, and reducing wastages from 1% to less than 0.5%.
The gherkin jars developed by HNG, helped us achieve the desired objectives — the quality of jars continue to meet international standards and line performance has seen a substantial improvement. Shiva Distilleries Ltd. – a Coimbatore based IMFL company – approached HNG to introduce new bottle designs that would reduce wastages and improve the overall line efficiencies, at the same time being aesthetically appealing. HNG strives to provide customized solutions to its clients, and in order to cater to the said demand, it introduced 180 ml bottle with its principle axis set to enhance bottle compactness and tensile strength, reduce breakages, and improve glass distribution and line efficiencies.
The 180 ml bottle developed by HNG helped us meet our desired objectives. The breakage level for this bottle vis-ŕ-vis a standard bottle reduced substantially with an overall improvement in line performance. We look forward to working on more designs with HNG to improve our brand equity and achieve cost optimisation benefits.
