Hindusthan National Glass and Industries Ltd, has well established and wide-ranging Quality Systems and Audit protocol for Incoming, In-process and Final Product Qualification. Qualified and competent personnel at each level is assigned for ensuring Quality System, based on well documented Standard Operating procedures. The procedures are reviewed periodically for upgrade in line with customers’ expectation and National/International Statutory Requirements.

Modern and State-of-the-art Inspection and Laboratory equipment assist to ensure products specification and customer satisfaction.

Our Quality Inspection System for Products involves Five Stages –

  • Hot End Inspection – Cavity-based inspection and control for defect reduction.
  • Cold End Inspection – Two stages inspection – Cavity-based and 100% online through auto inspection machines.
  • Metrology – Physical and Chemical parameters verification and control.
  • Statistical Quality Control – Sampling-based inspection for final lot clearance.
